Residential Delivery Fee: As a wholesale business primarily serving commercial clients, deliveries to residential addresses incur an additional fee based on location and per shipment. This fee covers the extra costs involved in residential deliveries.

Notification and Payment: You will be notified of any residential delivery fee before your order is dispatched, and it will be clearly itemised on your invoice. If your order has already been paid, a separate invoice for the shipping fee will be sent.

Exemptions: Certain promotions or bulk orders may be exempt from this fee at Classroom Kits discretion.

Additional Freight Charges: Additional freight charges may apply for bulky, heavy, oversized items, specialised delivery services, onforwarding, or deliveries to regional and remote areas. These fees are set by our courier partners and are beyond our control.

Delivery Terms: All residential deliveries are shipped with Authority To Leave — if no one is available to receive your order, the courier will leave the parcel at the address provided. For smoother delivery, we recommend using a work, school, or business address.

Order Redirection and Re-delivery: Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched. Re-delivery to the same address may incur additional fees.

Shipping Tracking and Updates: Shipping tracking information and updates will be sent to the email address provided when placing the order. 

Shipping Times: The map below shows estimated freight delivery durations in business days from the time your order leaves our warehouse.
